Law Practice

Over 28 years experience in general practice and Estate & Business Planning.  Mr. Bourne has written more than 1000 trust type estate plans since 1988. 
Robert Bourne lectures frequently to professional and public groups on topics of Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning. and Nursing Home Spend-down Avoidance and Qualifying for Medicaid.

Mr. Bourne is a Continuing Education Instructor for Certified Public Accountants.
